Interesting theme. Though I may suggest you put the font you used in the package. I was assuming it'd be silkscreen, but for some reason everything appears as Times New Roman and Tahoma when I installed the theme, even though I have silkscreen installed on my pc.
There are also a few issues with the caption buttons. I love the "appear" effect you have there (btw how did you do that?) but I find they are too far apart (I keep confusing the minimize for the maximize button). And the windows with small titlebars (ie the dialogs in photoshop etc) do not have caption buttons at all, which is quite annoying :/

One of the first style where both the theme and the font are small but still easy to read!

"Why don't you hear me when I'm calling out to you
Why don't you listen when I try to make it through"
In the upper left corner of windows (not fullscreen) you can still see a little bit of the program icon!
Is that something that could be fixed?
