Interesting theme. Though I may suggest you put the font you used in the package. I was assuming it'd be silkscreen, but for some reason everything appears as Times New Roman and Tahoma when I installed the theme, even though I have silkscreen installed on my pc.
There are also a few issues with the caption buttons. I love the "appear" effect you have there (btw how did you do that?) but I find they are too far apart (I keep confusing the minimize for the maximize button). And the windows with small titlebars (ie the dialogs in photoshop etc) do not have caption buttons at all, which is quite annoying :/
When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
